Man, I don’t even know what to say. Normally I’m more of a Euro-wine guy, but there is no question that we drank some crazy good wines this night. I was talking about it with Bryan today, and we both agreed that the tasting was extraordinarily well balanced. He actually had a better word for it, but I have since forgotten. Anyway, we’ve started the year off on a high, and I’m hoping we can keep it going!
